Not exactly the process, but what you should have ready before going ahead with the swap. I just found the 5s turboing topic very interesting...and a 3s one would be even more so.

Just keep in mind that since most people get clips or motors, and not some sort of *kit*, each person's swap will vary. The reason why I say this is because not all clips are created equal. Some parts may get damaged during its transit from Japan/Europe to the states, ultimately leading to you needing to purchase new parts. That's a very good point Ray. I figure, the more information we have from different sources, the better, so I'll have to put some information online that I got from someone via email on how he did the swap into his car sometime soon. I almost forgot about it.

Once my car is complete... I'm going to put up a progress sheet with lots of pictures... just like what Mike and Richard Doig (from NZ) did. That way, people will know why my car has been taking so long and how much time and effort I've put into this gosh darn project. |

yeah that would be good because ive seen the one from topshelfracing.com but i wanted to see a second point of view...especially cause that one was an ST and he assumed you had a manual...damn i hate my automatic
