in the last few weeks i have noticed that as i come to a stop I have to put the pedal to the floor before the clutch fully disengages... the transmission shutters until i put the pedal right to the floor. it isn't consistent though.

Don't have to put it the floor to change gears though, still shifts great.

Could it be the clutch or the master cylinder?

Maybe its your throw out bearing. I had my 7th gen gts leave me stuck at the light because I couldn't disengage from 5th.
