Calendar Question Options

So first of all, I didn't post this in your calendar voting thread for fear of getting locked after the vote and forgotten. So here it is: I really hope some of the cars (like car 1 in current thread) although really nice, don't end up in there twice. Is someone going to ensure this, or what exactly is the format? I want a calendar that won't be focused on 1 or 2 particular cars, this is a 6gc calendar and there are plenty of cars on here to have 12 different ones and maybe a group one for a summer month or something ya know? So that's my question. Hopefully I get some feedback. And honestly, it's too boring when the results come out, it doesn't matter if it is only going to be $20 (or w/e) I won't be partaking.

i agree, i can think of like 20 cars on here that i wouldnt mind seeing, i doubt they all submitted, and a group shot would be nice! like one of the big ec ones or the big wc ones would be nice

^^^agreed, meet pics would be a really good idea.(like one from DWG, and a few others from different meets...there's also a few all gt-4 ones that would be pretty awesome)

I mean don't get me wrong, I don't mind single Celicas, in fact that's what I expected. It just seemed like a couple were winning a lot and I thought 1 or 2 group photos for the summer month(s) would be sweet. Just a thought. Thanks for the input!

you know... problem of group photos is:

a) more cars more problems with taking good picture (here for example cars are not in one line pity...)


b) group photos are more by accident than planned for example this:


c) best looks mostly re-arranged in photoshop... like this one:


and... btw.... is this international or US calendar? I can not imagine real international group photo for this calendar

also..quick question from my end, can we make sure that the pictures werent used in pervious years calander submissions? I dont think any are, but im not 100% sure about 1 of them.

I agree it is a beautiful pic, but if he didn't submit it there is probably a reason.
My guess would be the same reason I didn't submit any.

Ok, 1, noone said anything about not being able to submit within the timeframe. 2, my opinion is that is whether or not this "lazyass community" posts more pics or not, if there are more than just a few repeats, I'm out. The calendar would be too boring to me; that being said I don't know how others feel so I wanted to get some feedback as to help you maybe encourage others to post some pics.

I'm bit sad reading some opinion here... What is happening here?

1. I'm sure If anyone won more than ones would want to be in calendar just one times! Same with me...
2. No one said there is limitation!
3. If I recall right there were never limitation like this...

b) there is no rule about repeat cars, though out of common sense it will not be 2 cars or lots of repeats.


c) there are still more cars to be voted on

d) i would LOVE to use Manny's picture of the group for the calendar its a gorgeous shot, i was there when it was taken....but i can't use it without him submitting it. Same thing with Doggy's SS3 pictures from the magazine there are GREAT shots and i would LOVE to use one....but the owners did not submit them

if you are familiar with business law...i can't just take a picture and use it in a calendar thats copyright infringement
