i think this is a great pic for the calendar. since it's not mine i can't submit it but i think it to be a great candidate
thanks to manny biggrin.gif

I agree it is a beautiful pic, but if he didn't submit it there is probably a reason.
My guess would be the same reason I didn't submit any.

Explain please Randy... you've got an amazing car, and you're deadly behind the camera. You take amazing pictures. thumbsup.gif

For some reason he didn't want to submit it, he shouldn't really have to explain. Although, I do agree: amazine car and deadly camera skills!

I agree, if he wishes not to explain - we'll all understand. But, he is the one who posted that comment. wink.gif

Thanks for the compliments, the reasons I didn't submit is I have been on the calendar before
and it would be nice for some other people to get in. My camera takes good pics up to about 1200x1600
anything more looks real grainy. The main reason though is that none of this has been approved by
Coomer, If it's not going to be a 6gc.net calendar I would just as soon not submit anything. By
submitting photos to dan you are basicly giving him the rights to your shots to do with what he wishes.
Shid was in charge of this a few years ago but coomer gave him the go ahead to do so. You can also have your own calendar made at almost any local print shop to say whatever you want with whatever pics you
want as long as you are not selling them you should be ok. The cost is usually under 30 bucks.
If anyone wants a high res of my car for a personal calendar ask and I will e-mail it to you.

I think dan has good intentions so don't look at what I said as a shot against him, he has seen the calendar late or not at all and took some initutive to try and get it going, props for that, but the simple fact is this
site is property of Chris Coomer and soliciting photos for any reason without his approval is asking for trouble.
