Damn, that looks pretty good. I'm actually going to France next week. I've heard most of the cars over there are pretty small, in Paris anyway. I bet your car really sticks out. biggrin.gif

Thanks for your comments...I'm pretty pleased how its turned out.
Just need to get myself an Isotta steering wheel cover and I'm finished.

As for cost...
Foliatec special primer and red interior paint for the black plastic panels and doors, special red bulb paint, seats re-covered (in what we call here Skaii), shift boot and knob, e-brake handle and boot, dash kit ....runs out to around $1000.
(I did all the work myself except for the seat re-covering).

The majority of cars over here are French, that is, Renault, Peugoet, Citreon.
Someone german - Mercedes, Audi, VW.
Therefore the majority of tuning parts found over here are for these, hence why I import just about all my performance parts from the good ol' U S of A.

BlackSTX - Yes there are alot of small cars in Paris that's because its a nightmare to Park and the owner doesn't mind it gettting banged up. Watch out when you cross the road - they don't slow done. Man its a rat race!

Forkee - man I'd love to come over and help you out, fancy buying my flight ticket!?

Next steps...a few exterior parts to start with (jdm tails, clear side markers, double foglights, mesh grill, 5gc wing mirrors, ...)
I'll post photos when I'm done.

Again thanks for your appretative comments.

Thanks for the appreciative comments.

Hey supersprynt how about updating your profile with some new images of your interior.

GT2GT4 - Doggy's celica has a 2-tone interior silver and black. I wanted to go for a 3-tone interior, red, silver and black. All said and done, Doggy's celica is nothing less than magnificent.

I started back in April and I've just finished, so thats what 4 and half months.

It's my first attempt at doing anything like this so as you can imagine it takes a little longer what with diabolical planning (get the seats down first as they have the longest delay) and teething little problems on the way (like removing the heater unit).

Thanks for the compliments.
Oh! I'm English but "work" in France.
I've been here about 10years.
Despite being unemployed at the moment, I have no thoughts of leaving.

Oui, je parle et ecrire en francais mais c'est beaucoup plus facile en anglais biggrin.gif

Hey Magic, how about a 3-tone interior.
Black and Bright Blue seats, Bright Blue Lower Panels and and Alu style dash kit.
I think that would work really nice with black.
