Ok guys, so here is the information that i have come to understand...

The meet is March 14-16th, at Bastrop State Park.

Now, i do not know the time in which everyone is meeting there on that Friday? What time?

I also understand many people have chosen to bring condiments and food, is this a requirement, or an offering? I do not mind bringing anything (money permitting) you guys would want me to.

I would also like to know who will be moderating when we are actually down in Bastrop?

info on location where everyones staying and what the deal is for food.
As far as money, its $20minimum/maximum everyones throwin down for something they wanna bring for the group.

A team effort this is, but we need somebody with some experience to kind of glue it together. I can manage gatherings just fine, but I've never done a car meet. So if anyone in Texas has some experience in how these things work or just anybody who's been to a state park before I believe should be the "mod".

sticks to it, i think that will take care of the food thing.

well, i think we all need to decide on a time and place to meet on friday.

Im guessing most will stay at the hotel by the park, i think thats a good

Who was it that said they have a spot at the park reserved?
After we meet at the hotel and say our hello's, i think maybe head to the park, then together all decide our agenda for the weekend. As long as you guys that are coming the next day dont mind.

I really think we need to get the list goin, i still say STTB: hotdogs, hamburgers, sausage and maybe chicken.
Its cheap and easy! What do ya'll think?

By "moderator" I meant, who is familiar with the area and can lead everyone around without being lost. I myself am not familiar with that area so therefore could not moderate, technically speaking. But as far as to your last post, these are the questions that i want answered. I wanted to precisely know the meeting time and EXACT location of the very first encounter. As far as waiting to get there to get the agenda done, i think with as much time until the meet date, someone who lives around the area should suggest events. Then we can all vote, then viola Agenda done.

Hey Matt, which way will you be going since your from Ft.Worth? If your going to take 30, we can meet in Hillsboro, TX if you want.. we can definitely make it to the hotel by 6.

I'm actually located by Texas Motor Speedway. I haven't thought about which way I'll be taking, which way would be best?

A meet-up would be good, not sure where Hillsboro is, but if it's on the way, sure! Are some of you guys staying at the hotel? I know I'm not camping!

Dude, I'm renting a couple rooms at the hotel since I've got a bunch of people with me. If you want I'll bring you a 2 person tent, bags, floor pads, lantern, and a camping chair you can use while we're out there.

Well all those who are leaving from Houston i think we should cruise up there...It would be a looonnnggg 4 hour trip with one person.
