How much of a PITA is it to remove, I need to install new headlights and rework the R/H side sheet metal due to a teenager's crash?

I posted it in the /maintenance area 'cause that's what it is. Not some exterior styling post.

the 3 bolts on each side holding the bumper to the fender are a pain in the ass to get to

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

fixing a crash is hardly "maintenance".
since the front bumper is consitered an "exterior" part of the car, and the sticky which contains the bumper removal how to is here, this is where it belongs.

the 3 bolts in the fender arnt bad if you use a good swivel and a couple long extensions.

They are a little easier if you first remove the water bottle and air intake resonator box.

A 10mm deep socket will make life easier as well. The bolts are sticking out just long enough to be a PITA.
