To solve some problems with paypal (the single worse run company in the history of the earth) I may have to collect some car parts in person. The largest of which being a GT4 bonnet (Hood). Does anyone know if this will fit in the back, with the seats down, please no speculation, as a bad guess will leave me £50 in petrol away from home, with a bonnet I can move.

Cheers all.

Or you can attempt to make the drive without a hood and install the GT-4 one once you get it.

it does fit... well, kind of.
i was able to fit mine inside, but i couldnt close the hatch all the way.
i had to use vice grips keep the hatch from slaming down on the hood while driving.

dan was able to fit my old gt hood inside his car from what i remember, but im not sure if he was able to close the hatch too.

i tried to replicate your mad hood fitting skills with my gt4 hood, no matter what i tried, i couldnt fully close the hatch. maybe the added curves of the gt4 hood add to the problem. so yeah, it can be done, but its tricky.
