how do i go upon removing it?and im not quite sure its that... i tried the horn itself from my other car and no noises and then vise versa... on my car the celi didnt work on other it did.... fuses are fine, cable that connects in the steering wheel is fine. I dont know what else I can test...its either wiring or the relay...

use a volt meter at horn end and get a mate to press horn see if power to source no power its relay but i think its your horn it also could be a bad earth check from horn to chassis making a good connection

The fuse box under the hood usually has a couple extra fuses in the cover. If not you should put some in there. I think the ground for the horn is where it's bolted to the body.
