i switched my a/c boxes? did it matter than i left the cables in the car? the how to says to take them with you when changing out the light in the a/c panel. would this rally effect anything

nope. Just re-connect them from the back of the unit.

ok well it doesnt seem like my a/c doesnt blow as cold and my hot doesnt get that hot. could that be the cables being unaligned correctly or something. because it happened after i put them in. like i think the cables arent opening all the way or something?
