QUOTE(Supersprynt @ Dec 4, 2007 - 9:39 PM) Pressure plate & flywheel from the 7afe, 4age clutch disc. Doesn't work the same for a 7AFE/4AG as it does for a 3SG/5SFE... You use the 4AGE flywheel and clutchkit. The 4AG clutch is basically the same as the 7AFE... -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"

I tried to be logical
Will that setup plain old not work, or is it just easier to use the complete 7a kit? This post has been edited by Supersprynt: Dec 4, 2007 - 5:10 PM -------------------- |

It won't work because the 7A is a 6 bolt crank while the 4AG is an 8 bolt crank. The actual flywheel itself is basically the same thing (besides the bolts), as is the clutch kit. I should have known better than to meddle in the A-series motor affairs.
Thanks for the info. -------------------- |
