ebay is a generally not to be trusted for generic rotors

Highly suggested is a set of just slotted (not both) rotors from a quality company

yeah man, it's ok to purchase things from ebay, but anything that has to deal with safety, i wouldn't take the chance with ebay. It's just to iffy and risky..

it depends on the manufacturer. I had some generic cross drilled rotors from ebay and they looked great IMO, but didn't work that good at all. I then decided to go with OEM brembo blanks from tirerack, a set of all 4 was about $150 shipped and they work better than any others I have had.

Brembo makes some different rotors, Powerslot makes solid, affordable rotors, I'm not sure but I think Rotora makes some. Just look into it. I'm sure your local Toyota dealer would LOVE to give you some new ones. lol

i have those exact ones from RotorWorks, and i must admit that they look awsome, now i only had stock rotors front and rear with hawk brake pads up front before i put these on, and i did loose SOME braking power, i do think they are safe, and for the price the look is great. Just my personal opinion...

PS i have had these on for about 1month now and they have not given me any problems what so ever.

i wouldn't risk getting stuff like that off ebay. i got my front rotors from tirerack and i love them. mine are just slotted not drilled and they only sell them for the fronts but still. i love em.

I got some from irotors.com who also sometimes sells on ebay. They're a bit more expensive, but they are cross-drilled and slotted. I've had them on for almost a year and I love them! they look great and I put them on at the same time as some Hawk HPS pads and noticed a pretty big increase in stopping power!

A little warning though, when I recieved mine they had some surface rust all over, I was pretty pissed. They had taken like a week and a half to get here from southern CA to northern CA (most times that only takes 1 day) I contacted them and they were nice about it and told me they would arrange to have them picked up from my house so they could send me new ones. well, it took a couple days for them to pick them up, then another week and a half for them to recieve them (DHL sucks!) then they had them for about 3 weeks and I finally e-mailed them asking where they were and they said they still hadn't shipped them out yet, so they said they would ship within a week... well they lied. the next week I e-mailed to see where they were and they told me they shipped, but they hadn't actually and didn't ship for another week and a half or so. then another week later I gave up, I cancelled the credit card payment because I was tired of being jerked around and lied to, so of course they showed up on my door step the next day rolleyes.gif : so it took like 2 months for me to get them, but they are a great product.
