This is the kit from the group buy a couple years ago. It's the direct bolt-on kit seen on a few of the cars here, I think forkee is one of them. I never installed it and never will, so...who wants it?

no, cutting, they are direct bolt on, if i remember correctly, you will have to bend some fender, so the door can go up without scratching

and btw, title says 650shipped...which is worth it, ship will be about 40bucks

do these have the grease point on the top of the hinge? the ones I had dented my fenders bad frown.gif

well, on the install how to it says that you have to cut the fender or bend it... did you do that

well, on the install how to it says that you have to cut the fender or bend it... did you do that



yeah, i had to cut the inner fender to allow for the shock clearance..

but on the set I had, on the top of the hinge (round part) it had a grease point.. and if I opened the door to far normally, it would push into the fender and dent it... it was a design flaw.. but i have seen some with the grease nipple on the bottom of the hinge.... was curious which one this kit was.
