Thanks

Yah i agree. i dont think im going back their anytime soon. the people that work there and in general suck anyways

Denny's coffee SUCKS anyhow. You guys have Shari's down there? I forget what it's called in the south, but it's just like Denny's... Their coffee sucks too but at least it's someplace that lady won't be at.

It was at Ihop, Dennys is the only safe place down here! but they are not smoking anymore down here so......

We still go there because my friends are douches and wont go a few more miles to another Ihop! thats fine though when their car gets hit by some crazy cunt they can fix thier car themselves. HA!

but she hasnt been back and im not sure she will. I scared her pretty bad i think. But then again if she remembers me at all id be Shocked.

One new thing though. I had to file a claim with All State which is who shes with for insurance and they said that they had no claim from her at all. so she hasnt filed anything for her car. And her car was pretty bad. Doesnt make since, if you where worried about your rates going up they are going to anyways because im fileing a claim against her so they are gong to know about it. And if they where worried about them finding out your crazy they are going to know that too because IM GOING TO TELL THEM! ill bet money that when they car her to ask about what happened she wont remember at all. Just goes to show how much info you need to get after a a reck or anything. I got Pics, statments, Police witnessess, if she where to say she had no idea what they where talking about, that she didnt hit anyone, i would be screwed because it would be he said she said. its hard enough to get insurance to pay. Get the INFO

All State said they wanted me to take my car to let them see the damage and for them to tell me what it would cost to fix it. I keep having these thoughts of taking my friends grey POS ZX2 and have him hit me a few more times so i can get some really money from this twat. But no. Its not worth it. im stil going to ask them to just cut me a check for the repair. but if they wont, looks like im going to be riding around with a red car and a black bumper. gayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Anyways. it doesnt matter. my friends are douches and wont drive the extra 5 min to the other one in our local area so my car and pandas car will stay safe from crazy people! every time i go there now i have to huge my Celi and tell her " its ok, dont worry, Brandon will not let the nasty crazy lady hurt you anymore" but my car doesnt feel safe. I mean, she says she feels safe, but when i look into those broken head lights i know the truth. i just hope she doesnt hold it against me frown.gif

Sorry about the damage but it could be worse - The guy that hit me while I was stopped at a red light the other day was upset because I was stopped. He actually yelled "You were stopped!" at me. I said "yeah that's what we do in this country when the light in front of us is red and there are 20 more cars in front of us that are also stopped. That's what you were supposed to do but failed."
He yelled the same thing at the cop that came to the scene.
Long story short - my baby, that I put 25K into [including the car itself], that was gonna be finally paid off in two months and retired to the garage except on special occassions - totalled. JDM taillights all over the ground in little bitty peices. mad.gif

Send a letter to the dmv, complaining, the facts she has a drivers license, she is mentally unstable, and needs to be revoked. Otherwise tell your story to the papers, and the fact that a mentally unstable person can get a license.

that will get somebodys attention.. wink.gif

final update

So i went to All States office to see what they will do about the damage. The agent looked at my car for a few min and asked me to go inside. She said that All State wanted to Settle the damages and just pay to have it fixed with no hassle. I was like great but the thing is i want to paint my car anyways and since its just scratched and not cracked or broken if she could just write me a check and ill be on my way. She said that was no problem. After what it would cost to get the scratches out, repaint and the what have you plus the Rental car they would have given me while they had my car painted. the total check they are cutting me is $400! now thats a lot less then what i thought because with the guy i would use to paint me car for another $200 i can get the whole car painted and have the dents removed and all the holes bondo So i was like HELL YAHHHHHHHHHHHHH. i could kiss that crazy lady. but i wont because she hurt my car, but because of her, all the mechanical problems that im having with not only my car but my wifes car as well can be fixed. once thats done ill save up and then get my car painted. but for now i want her to run right and now i can have it done, all because of some crazy lady hitting my car and scratching the paint.
So it all worked out for the best.

AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See? Good things happen when you don't get into fistfights with 60 year old women. I'm glad you've learned to curb your aggression.

".......Sweet. Thanks."
"No problem."

WOW she was drunk and she should have been sent to jail, all they had to do was have a breathalyzer test done. What if she drove off and killed someone, that was very wrong and STUPID of the police not to arrest her. If she is nuts thats fine, and i feel sorry for her, but just bcuz she is crazy dont mean she can be drunk too. I would have asked the cops to talk to the watch commander on duty and made them arrest this woman.

If the insurance company was that eager to settle with you, my guess is they would've paid out a lot more if you sued them. Not that you should've sued them, but I might've held out a little to see how high they were willing to go on the settlement. But it sounds like you did pretty okay for yourself, and I'm glad you got it resolved quickly.

Your not the first person to say that. But the thing was i was about to go out of town, and i have had other things on my mind. i could have held out, but then again i could have got nothing. im not greedy, thats what gets people in trouble. see when i think about how i could have tryed to fight this and get more i think, a lot of big companys will settle to keep things quiet or the agent offered more then what she should have. then it turns into this long thing and i might end up with nothing because before they didnt want to fight about it and just wanted me to go away. If i fight they will fight back and then it becomes worth it to keep me from my money. again im not greed and that money should be just enough to make sure that my car and my wifes are run great. thats all i need and for now until i need more is all ill ask for. good luck and good fortune is always frequent if you spread it out. biggrin.gif

Totally cool, and I appreciate your laid back attitude. I wasn't suggesting necessarily that you should've held out, I think maybe you could've gotten more but ultimately I agree with you, it's way better not to be greedy, and I'm a BIG believer in what comes around goes around! smile.gif
