I have a 94 celica gt hatchback. I was recently in an accident and i messed up the hood and bumper. I'm buying a carbon fiber hood and im going to get a c-5 front bumper and vader side skirts. But im trying to figure out if i can leave the rear bumper on the car because its in great condition. I was just concerned about the front and sides of the car looking lower than the back and making the car look awkward. I'm gonna put some eibach sportline springs that will lower it 1.5" and i dont want the front bumper to hit some speed bumps either. Maybe someone has a body kit with just the front bumper and side skirts and a stock rear bumper that could let me know how it looks or a picture of it, or maybe how much lower a vader rear bumper is than the stock one?

if you can afford it buy a zapt... those bumpers are nice but rare and expensive, but as long as yours is nice get extensisons and leave it
lower + kit = loooow... you will hit speedbumps... you might need a bigger tire and a bigger rim... 17" This post has been edited by Celicam8: Dec 16, 2007 - 8:32 PM |

Eh, I have just the vader front (no sides) and a cf hood. You can look at my profile for some pics. Even with the 17"s and the coilovers keeping the car high, I still scrape the front sometimes.
Honestly, even though you may not like this, I would drive around with the kit on before paint just so you can see where you might scrape and where the best places are to drive. This way you stand less of a chance to damage any paint, (even though it's on the bottom) (I do wish I had some rear splitters though) This post has been edited by frosty: Dec 17, 2007 - 4:31 PM -------------------- CLOSED on 25 acres! -shop coming soon.... |

If not, i just wont put them on, ill sell them on ebay or something. |

I'll probably get a lip or something for the back like you said |
