what is done:
-wiring should be ok ...engine starting ... no spare wire on both engine and relay site....
- checked fuel pump ok (same part number for 7afe and 3sge pump),
- idle speed control - cleared
- no check engine errors ....
-vacuum pipe checked ..alll connected ok like in diagram
-MAP ....disconnected vacuum pipe for test .... same results
- fuel pressure regulator checked --disconnected vacuum pipe for test .. results same ...

sounds like the pcm isnt computing the starting airflow and fuel enrich correctly, check that the map sensor is indeed working correctly and getting the right reading.

I had something similair like this with my 3S-GE. It would drop below idle speed and die. Did you try using the gas pedal to keep it reving at say 2000 rpm. If that works it could be a faulty TPS sensor, that was my problem.

well im not really familiar with your specific engine, but there may be a stepper motor on the throttle body with some passages that allow air to bypass the throttle plate when its closed. however holding the gas pedal down would bypass the IAC, so if it still dies when you hold the gas pedal then its probably not the IAC, more likely a problem with a sensor that the PCM uses to figure out how much fuel you need to start the car.
