2nd gen?

Probly could, but I Know the 3rd gen very well. Finished and sold my 3rd gen swap a while ago. I know how to wire the st205 engine harness. I could do the swap and have tweak do the harness. I don't really want to be dependent on somone elses work. Tweak does excellent work from what i've read though. I can do a killer install on the third gen, no check engine lights or trouble codes just full boost!

Here is what you need. Its' gonna cost you like 6-7k to do the swap the right way. You could use the gt trans and it would be under 6. The hood alone on this clip is worth a grand. Lance

Info for all. I do not find parts. Ebay and the good old search button will guide you on your adventures. I won't do a second gen swap unless tweak would do the harness. 2nd gens 1000 plus all parts and tweak does the wiring. 3rd gens 1000-1500 depending on mods and you still buy all the parts. If I have to find all of the parts for your potential swaps the price will go up. time is money. I guess for eveyone who thinks this is a couple thousand dollar investment...only email if you have 5-7k cash in hand. I really only want to do 3rd gens. I only want to work with the best.

I would strongly suggest you post up some picture of your work and give some references so people aren't doing this blindly. Even invite potential customers to come to your place where you'd be doing the swap so they could scope it out and see your actual work first hand. smile.gif

Check out my profile. Pics inside!!! I did the complete swap and painted it in my garage. I don't have a huge shop just working from the house. I love the 6 gen celi. I sold mine to pay some over due bills. I now have a bagged out s-10. Looks bad ass but doesn't have the same appeal.

I do custom paint work too.

Thanks for the info. I just don't want to have someone invest a ton of money and me not be able to make it work. I am an excellent mechanic but not so great with electrical. I know the 3rd gen inside and out, but if tweak does the harness for the sec gen guys. I would complete the 2nd gen swap as well. Thanks Lance
