the black/gunmetal you speak of will be very hard to find. they came on the Limited editions celicas and the emblem itself has been discontinued so the only way to find some would be to pull them off another car. they are a very rare and wanted item around here. i still kick myself for not pulling mine off my old 97le when it was totalled and now i can't find where that car has gone to.
as for the gold emblem i believe you could still order them from toyota but if you put up a WTB or WTT in the buy/sell forum i'm sure someone will trade you for your silver emblems if you have them.

Didn't think it would be. Maybe one day I'll work up the courage to do it. Or maybe just buy a new pair and try it on them. You'd probably wanna do the Celica badge also to complete the look....

I think vinyl would look tacky - it really needs to be very 3D. Those cool likwidart (sp?) ones from the UK would be great but IIRC they were really excessively expensive. I agree they were awesome looking though biggrin.gif

I'd be interested to see what Jeff (Lew) can do. The cool thing about the likwidart stuff is that is looks just like that - liquid.
