where is my oil filter located on my 97 celica st? is it hard to change

And no, it's not hard to change at all. You need a 14mm socket and an oil filter wrench (or strong hands). Takes about 20 minutes. Just be careful with what you're doing and follow all the steps for an oil change. Have everything you need before you start, leave nothing out, take your time and you're golden.

it shouldn't even take u that long and you wont need an oil filter wrench. It is much easire to get from underneath the car tho
