Im tryna take the stock intake piece off but i cant move the fuse box to get the whole thing off since half of it sticks into the fender ..u kno wut i mean ... has anyone ever taken it out? or removed that top part of the fuse box???

All you need/should do is take the bolts out of the bottom of the front fender and remove the rest of the stock intake from there. There is a big box [water trap?] inside of there so you will want to get that out of there too. It's most likely holding you back from removing the triangular shaped tube that runs through the fender well.
