Jaysus Chroist. I like that setup. I've been thinking about putting two 10's in each corner of the trunk and leaving enough room for a match-rim spare tire to site in the middle. Some custom fiberglass work. Someone on here has something like that, just can't remember whooooo...

The only thing i dont like is that it takes up all of your trunk space.

agreed, and also that there is no way for you to cover it, otherwise someone might be tempted to take your gear or just be an ass and ruin it

What would you do with all that nitrous? Like a tank the size of your back seat?

.... I hope you dont smoke at all ....

but as for my .02 Cents: does anyone have a convertable? I'm fixing up my first ever owned convertable and i've got to admit, that aero space using the trunk just dont work...

Hatchbacks rock! Even the coupe can use the trunk with the subs facing out to equilize the sound before bringing it into the cab (thru the seats)

But convertable... No way- it sounds like crap to face the box in from the trunk, and you cant really fit much of anything in...

Well my point is: That would anyone have an idea of what would work in a convertable? I'm thinking of removing my back seat as well... as to fiberglass in a ported box. Not definiete (my wife isn't sure about it; but agrees that is my car; my problem) i'm just planning; untill i take my vacation, and would have the time to do it right.

I've been brousing the "members rides" section and i havent seen anything like that; nor any decent sound setup for the convertibles. 2) 8's in the doors just sounds like a waste... Probably really nice for the guys with the HP; but i live in Houston... the best traffic i sit in, i'm lucky to do 15mph per block... i need my music!

I dont know, if anyone has any idea's; i'd love to hear em...

Oh; my fault. I thought you wanted a GIANT nitrous tank.

well, a little gallon tank would look real nice.

i have no trunk right now!! I've got a big body box takeing it all up; it just dont look as pretty as yours!

Anyway; i'm thinking about turning my backseat into 2 seperate boxes with one seat in the middle; so that i can have my trunk back. I probably wont start work on it though untill i take my vacation in a few months.

I buy more groceries than i have friends.... So i need a trunk more than a back seat. not to mention; i use my backseat for a trunk now too... I've got my spare (dounut) in the backseat wearing a seat belt.... its ridiculous

x2

now if my car was a show car i would do more but my single 10 does me just right biggrin.gif
my only regret was getting a sealed box instead of a ported box. i am considering upgrading to 2 10"s with a better amp though.

as for the dual amp i agree with spolski
SHAME SHAME!!
