Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a specific type of RAM for my laptop that's note available in Canada off of Newegg, but the problem is that Newegg won't deliver to Canada..
I know there are a lot of Americans on here, can anyone help me out? Anyone have any ideas of what I could do to get this RAM in my hands? It's only $99.99 and I'm willing to drive to Buffalo to pick it up (I'm in Toronto).. -------------------- |

What's the best way to do something like that? Money transfer? I've never done anything like that before Edit: Here's the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820231154 This post has been edited by Mike: Jan 27, 2008 - 1:29 AM -------------------- |

ummm isn't this the ram you want?
http://shop1.outpost.com/product/5468099 And there is nothing wrong with cheap ram. Almost all ram has life time warrenty, so if they burn out you get to replace them. I bought transcend ram for my laptop and it hasn't failed me yet. Expencive ram is good for people who over clock and up the voltage. |

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help, I tried everywhere/ everything you guys mentioned and it's nowhere to be found. I even went to a mall by my house that specializes in this kind of stuff.. nothing ..
It looks like I'm going to have to try and convince my uncle in NJ to buy it and ship it up to me and then I'll pay him through a bank transfer.. If this fails, I'll come crawling back asking for a good samaritan for some help. Thanks again, you've all been very helpful, I love this community! -------------------- |
