Well question one would be where would be the best place to get a 96+ bumper? Second, do I need anything other than the bumper cover? I first started looking on 1sttoyotaparts where the cover is $197.

Gonna need turn signals and foglights [if so equipped] also. Maybe other parts too IDK.

You'll probably need the polystyrene insert cause I don't think you can pull it out of your old bumper.
