Just curious. Has anyone succesfully tried twin turboing their celica? If so whats a site I could go to to get some information on it? I have the 5sfe 2.2 engine. Also I was told the MR2 turbo would fit on 2.2 liter celica's. I don't want to do any engine swap for the 3sgTe. I think my engine is just fine if I built it stronger.

Well to answer his question, yes you can twin turbo any motor. The question is, will it be efficient or will it even spool up? There is no point in twin turboing a 5sfe or a 3sgte. A single turbo can make the gains you want. Why do you think some Supra TT owners convert their factory twin turbo set-up to one huge single turbo?

Along with the fact that with a single exhaust bank instead of a 6 or 8cyl with 2, the routing would be hard and pointless.

There won't be enough flow to drive two turbos.
