At last I have new clutch that can handle my 200HP. Stock stage 1 was installed new just one year ago and handled only about 8k kms. Now that clutch disc is burned...
And pressure plate had hard times as well... According Stef's 7AFE rebuild article I have chosen Exedy stage 2 clutch kit. Difference is obvious for first sight Looks dangerous I know... many people noticed: "It's drag race clutch" or "It's clutch for circuit races". True is I was afraid as hell of it. But after first 100kms I can say: It's amazing!!! Maybe it's because I'm used to drive MTM cars only (I have driven ATM car just once in my life), dunno... My point is: I feel really comfortable with it from first take-off . Yes it grabs harder but after few kms I just forgot there is any difference . Definitely the best choice for me and never anything different will be used This post has been edited by malpaso: Feb 16, 2008 - 1:08 PM -------------------- No more replicas... This is evolution... This is SS-four :)

It does look kinda scary but I'm with you Martin, I absolutely LOVE it!
When I have to replace my clutch I will stay with my Exedy Stage2. See, I told you everything would be ok. -------------------- |
