they r finaly on sale now eh?...nice. I wish we got evos up here. But i would take a new STI too. Ive only seen a few evos in person b4, 2 in france and 3 living at the boarder. But personaly, i would take an STI of any generation over any evo, except maybe an evo9.

I like the evo i would take an Evo 9 mr over the 07 STI any day. The new sti as a hatch kinda killed it for me.

These cars look like they mean bidness with all the vents, scoops, etc...still not as sexy as our rides though...but faster of course. When I see the new, non-Evo (Lancer?) ones on the road, I cringe at the styling... the rear is esp. fugly...

... and thats why the car rocks. Now the bad part. The gray one was 40k out the door fully loaded. White one was about 35k because it didnt have the navigation system and front lip. I was a little skeptical about them originally, but after getting to check them out in person, they are a nice upgrade from the old 8/9s. The interior and seats are a lot better. No more of that cheap plastic look that the old ones had. The new motor (not a 4g63) actually looks a lot bigger and beefier then the old one. The turbo is now placed facing the firewall srt4 style, but you can tell they left plenty of extra room if you ever want to put something bigger there. Overall, great car. I hear AMS has had one for a month and are already making 330 whp with just an intake, exhaust, and boost controller. Personally, my all time favorite was Evo 6. I always dreamed of having one. I even thought of (when I had my 99' eclipse gsx) putting the evo 6 engine in it (it was the same as the eclipse gst but with better ratio). Now that the evos came to america, everyone is evo crazy and turned me off of them. But that is what made me aware of AWD cars and since then, it has put that bug in me that desires something stylish and awd. Which is where my pipe dreams come from. One of these days. That was funny compasions though that dude put for the face of that evo. LOL I totally see it. They are bad ass cars though, I just don't want one due to the hype. I am strange like that.

Still undecided. I saw one in Detroit up close, so I don't know. It was a nice color, dark gunmetal grey, but I am pretty sure it was an MR edition.
