When I go straight and let the steering wheel go, car pulls to the right.
It actually steers to the right, I can see the steering wheel rotating to the right.
I tried going in both directions to account for possible road incline - same - always to the right,
steers itself. Tire pressure is equal right and left ~38psi).
What can it be?

Ive got the same- I had electronic alignment done which made it better but not perfect!

The other three symptoms could be: worn shocks (on one side perhaps, or even the settings not equal on both sides), warped discs slightly rubbing on the right side and finally the tyres may have un even tread! For example the inner wall could be well low due to the suspension not being set up right!

I unfortunately have the case of shocks tyres and discs being worn and need replacement. And to top it all of my clutch is going too!

If you're so inclined, swap your front tires side to side and see if it changes anything.
Make sure the pressures are ok as well.

If that doesn't solve it, do this

When you go make sure you let them know it's actually pulling [not just the steering wheel off center].
