Hey guys, I got these high beam clear lens for sale.

These are homemade lens made from very durable 0.08" PETG plastic, that will require to be siliconed/sealed to your stock headlight housing. Since they are home made the lenses have small imperfections (some dots) in the lens, but as you can see in the pictures, these are very small artefacts, and once installed on the headlights, are virtually invisible.

These are for the HIGH BEAMS, you do not need to retrofit projectors to retain headlight functionality, though, the beam will be more focused than before (actually you see further).

Price is 45$ for a pair (2 lenses). Shipping for USA/Canada is 10-20$ depending on your location, I take paypal only.

Pics of them installed.

I might be interested in a full set. But do you know how well they work with HID's?

1 question [and I'm highly interested]: will they scratch from wind/dirt/w/e over time like all the newer car's plastic lights [ie 99 mustangs and 7th gens]?

you can prevent that easily by getting some clear film for the lenses

They will like all other car's plastic headlights, you can either tint them with a clear film or something similar.
Also, due to the nature of PETG, if you have a heat gun, heating the surface will re-smooth the plastic to a smooth finish, but this can be tricky...

Waxing regulary them will also help them. Meguar's Plast-X is a great product also.

HID high beam or low beam...?
I wouldnt event consider HID's with this unless you go with a projector retrofit or show only car.

think of people pointing a flashlight at your eye, that is exactly what is going to happen, HID or halogen.

The high beams with those lens is acceptable since they are only used when nobody comes toward your car.

Do you have a guide to replacing the glass cover of the high beams with these? One of my high beams has water built up in there along with condensation, and would like to see if this would fix the problem.

I figure if I seal it right it should hold pressure, right? Also, do you have to take off your bumper to get the highs off?

The low beams lens are to be used with retrofit, the high beams lens can be used straight onto the high beam.

GotToyota Condensation is a problem with water entering the housing, if you remove the lens and wait until everything is dry just be sure everything is sealed around the lens and it should never come back, there is vents in the back of the headlight, it's not completely sealed.

Cool, thanks for the info. Do you have to take off your bumper to get to the high beams?
