hey i was just wondering instead of going and making a custom downpipe for my 7afte. Can i use the downpipe i used with my header (before i had turbo). Because im planning on having 2.5" piping and the dp is probly 2". Would it matter much, it would make things alot easier, then all i need is a flange to match the turbo for the top of the dp and one to match the exhaust pipe. any info? thanks

no.
if you cant figure out why, your not ready to turbo.
sorry if that sounds harsh, but it is a fact.

how will your stock downpipe fit your turbo, thier to diffrent things. you have to go to a muffler shop with your turbo on the car , tow it to the muffler shop so they can put it on the car. and im not sure but i think your exhaust should be bigger then your downpipe so the turbo can breath right, also look threw my thread like old ones these guys told me everything. they were a bit harsh but it was for my own good i have a good setup with no prblems yet thanks to them. look threw the old threads with my name in force induction its all on thier. smile.gif
