Whould these injectors fit into a gen 3 (easily)? i think its a gen 2.

Also would there be any gain in doing it?

yes.
gain??? nothing unless you need more flow. IE your injectors are at %100 duty cycle. which wouldnt happen unless you have a sh*t hot NA or a boosted engine
