So I haven't been around much lately. Too much going on in real life to be on the computer. A couple months ago I got my hands on a GT-Four model. I spent almost an hour each day, every day doing little piece by little piece and FINALLY, yesterday, I finished the model! For the record, and I want this noted, I spent 6 hours on it yesterday because my internet was down and we don't have our new TV yet. What was I supposed to do?
![]() I hope you like them, If you want more detailed pictures, I can put some more up. ![]() ![]() ![]() Yes... I did the guages:D ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And my dad.... lol ![]() Also, I made a sweet background that I hope some people like. I don't know how to host the full size image so if someone wants it, you gotta tell me how. ![]() -------------------- |

Sweet pics cHinaman! I've had my GT4 model done for about 2 yrs now and I didn't even think of taking pictures like you have with your Celi. Looks cool..good job!
I think I'm about to do the same. Only I have another regular 94-99 Celica model and a Supra model that I want to paint just like my cars too. I have the Supra model finished...hopefully I'll get the Supra out of the garage and take pics with the model too. hehe -Christee- This post has been edited by CelicaQT: Apr 8, 2008 - 9:44 PM |

it has the wolfie custom blinkers
good job! looks like it came out nice. i would try n use a fine tip brush and minimal paint when doing delicate parts next time. i have about 8 hours into mine already. trying to make it look perfect =) also... i can send you several detailed writeups about how to get near mirror like finishes for the body. costs a good $40 for supplies and will take about 3 weeks worth of work, but in the end, it has the look of a new car that wont fade. -------------------- you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!

Thanks guys! I appreciate the comments.
First, the corner blinkers were hell to do cause they were set into the plastic about a centimeter which even my fine tipped brush could not reach. Secondly, Jason, I would love to see the writeup about how to get the body clean. I got some glue on the outside of mine sadly and I really need to fix it.
