Need a TRD CF SPOILER, anyone interested in selling

just as an FYI, chrisc, the guy who made the TRD wing copys for us, (yes, the ones with the CF center too) no longer makes them with the CF center.
i had just emailed him this weekend about them.
he does still make the normal ones, and quoted me 310$ shipped.
i wonder what it would cost to have one wrapped...the one i got from him wasnt the highest quality C/F work anyway...

to wrap the center section would cost about ~$100 or so at a reasonable guess

then it would be worth it IMO.
IIRC i paid ~450 for mine, and the C/F work wasnt great.

it basically breaks down to about this

$80 per unit of carbon fiber
$30 for misc. expenses...

thats $110

fairly enough i can probably wrap 2 centers per carbon unit, MAYBE

so selling prices of $100-$175 is going to be a good figure, depending on labor time ect.

trust me, the C/F on my center panel is not the greatest. so much so that i never take close ups of it. lol i have pics of it on the car in my profile, but nothing up close.
looks GREAT from a few feet away but up close, you can tell they didnt have much experience with C/F when they made them.

dan, if you could do a good job of wrapping them, that would be a cool thing.

if dan cant, there is a guy on ebay, i think his name is karbonkoncepts or somthing close to that (he has a gas door listed) that does wrapping, you could talk to them.

AFAIK the original TRD wing did not come with a carbon center.

I got a BMW race shop coming to me for carbon splitters + other aero pieces kindasad.gif
Wrapping the centers shouldn't be too much of an issue. But it would require a couple of people to want them done for me to make it worth while, doing just 1 is a waste of time/money
