When installing the alarm where did you put the ignition cut at for the starter disrupt relay? I cant seem too find the wires that i need to splice into to get to ingnition cutoff to work. I need to find the starter wire and the wire that gives power when in the "on" position.

thanks for any help you can give me!

The wires are behind your ignition keyhole, and you'll need to remove the two large panels below the steering column in order to easily access the wires. Once you do this, you'll see a bunch of wires coming from the ignition harness. The starter wire is a fairly thick white wire with a black stripe. There are two fairly thick wires that give power when the key is in the "on" position. One should be black with an orange stripe and the other should be blue with a red stripe. Of course, be sure to test the wires with a voltmeter before you do anything. If you need any more help, just let me know, and I can take a picture or something for you while my interior is torn apart. smile.gif

Once I get home I'll take a picture for you and post it up on here, so I can show you exactly where the wires are at. smile.gif

A little word of advice. Dont touch any thing that has yellow tape or yellow flex loom around. These are wires for your air bag. If you test them a meter or test light it can deploy them. Coomer is correct about the wire colors in your ignition harness but you might be able to see them because they might be wrapped in black tape. I am MECP certified so if you guys need any help let me know and i will do my best to help.

Yeah, you gotta watch out for the air bag wires and the air bag unit located under the middle armrest. It's always a good idea to take off the ground wire off of the battery prior to working on the electrical system. wink.gif

Anyway, here are a couple pics of the wires you'll need to tap into.
