I read every page don't worry...Just by the title it looks to me as if its a bash on the mods. I completely understand what everyone is talking about on the other hand I don't think you understand what I am saying..Presure2 posted a sticky about reporting post all I am saying is maybe ppl are actually following the rules and using it thus in return getting results. I understand post get closed and people aren't happy but maybe the mods are not completely to blame.

Ive been on this site for A LOT longer and ive seen many people come and go. many people ive respected, and nobody is bashing Manny as a person. that FS: HID thread that was closed...the guy wanted to sell his HIDs. Honestly who cares if Stevenson is selling his. Its 2 completely different things. He wanted to bump his thread up...Manny said dont bump it up...The other dude said bump bump bump...Mannys response...okay...closed closed closed...completely unecessary. he did nothing to break the rules of the forum. he labeled his subject matter as u were supposed to...that is just one example.

i never thought i would say this but i agree 100% with what your saying.

I love how people are saying "if you dont like it get out" reminds me of when people bitch about our country they just say"then get out". Why get out? we are complaining about things being unfair and unreasonable not in every aspect but in some. We complain because we want it fixed so we can continue on and post happilly. well for those who say get out heres what i have to say. What if we really think this site is a great place for information and great people that want to help in anyway they can to people they have not nor will most likly ever meet. Since we like this site so much when we have an issue that we feel should be fixed we complain. We complain in the hopes that it will be fixed in the future.

I may have not been here for as long as a lot of people that have earned respect from this site. But I have seen you close posts that i have found no fault in or that you could have just warned them and it would have been fixed with in the second you said "Watch your mouths" I agree with DEATH and D-man in that the Smart remarks when closeing a thread is uncalled for, and that if a warning was given before it was closed that the Houston Crew and a lot of others would have had no problem, or any part of this thread. I am not challanging you or any work that you have done, nor am i saying that you are just a jerk who site on his thrown and closes threads after flaming the retards to get his jolies off. I am not saying any of those things. You have said if we dont like it to talk to Chris, Ive seen him once since ive joined this site. people are conplaining to you because you are the most active Mod on the site, and it being done publliclly because people dont feel that if your PMed the message is getting to you or they feel you will ignore them. You also say that you are open to new ideas. If you are then listen to what we are saying and think about it. Some people on this thread are really complaining, and are looking for change. If you are really open to new ideas then think about what is being said and push for that change. If you have to talk to Chris or you can do it then do it if you feel that these arguments are valid. If you dont think they are then why not? if you give an answer to that then i and maybe some others will understand and leave it be. Personally i dont know if any of this is going to do any good. You said that this happens every 6 months so maybe your just sitting back and ignoring this till someone says the wrong thing and you can close it. But if you reading this like a MOD, then just think about warning us before a thread is closed for one comment that was said with out thinking, and maybe pull back on the smart comments before closing a thread that needs to be closed.


Again if you still think i and a few others are just talking out of our @$$. then continue on and ignore. But be propared for these Threads to continue to pop up.

chris is aware of what is going on, he has been on the site today, while this thread was going on.
the snide comments come because it gets old saying the same things, over and over.
i close threads because its the same things being done over and over, and it just gets old.
you guys act like this site wasnt here before you came aboard, and everyone should bend to meet your needs and wants.

as far as these threads poping up, i could care less.
chris asked me to do this job, i do it. what the people here "think" of me, i could care less. the people that know me, know me.

As i prodicted. If you are going to run a site and MOD it you have to care what the people that care about this site think of you and the site . otherwise they wont care about you or the site. You ignored me and my request for you to really consider what the real issue is here and just listen to someone who really is trying to make a point and help the site and make it better. If you dont care then thats ok. Close this thread presure, if its not going to make a difference to you or Chris or any other MOD then its it really is usless and is just a big argument that wont change anything.

Yes there are threads that should be locked, with no questions asked simply cuz it broke the rules...however theres been many threads that were just closed even though no rules were broken.

Yes there are threads that should be locked, with no questions asked simply cuz it broke the rules...however theres been many threads that were just closed even though no rules were broken.

if you are refering to the f/s thread. i closed it because i asked him not to bump it. he did.
i closed it, so that he cannot bump it again.
if someone gets robbed on the site, and we cant do anything about it, we're the jerks.
we have a guy join, just to sell somthing that we already have a reputable member selling,(cheaper, i might add) people report the post, i close the thread, and we're jerks.
cant win either way.

Since when do our "rules" deny the ability to share a different point of view. I can think of one thread where me and playr(dan) were having a conversation about something, someone made a comment and then the thread was closed

I think it's more when people start name calling and getting really deep into an argument that things get out of hand. That's when it gets closed.

so delete the post of the jerkoff whos is going too far, dont close the thread with a smart ass comment. Some of the moderators here like to have the feeling of getting the last word in.
