Hey guys, I recently bought a GT4 1/24 Celica Model from a member on this site and so far, after painstakingly painting every friggin little piece, i almost have finished the engine bay and drive shaft.
Anyways, I have a quick question, which do you guys think I should go with? I can choose to make the car RHD or LHD but I can't decide which one I want. Also, do yall think I should leave it black or paint it? Thanks! -------------------- |

I've been looking at mine all boxed up for a good 3 years never really got around to putting it toghether, for a while I was going to get the SSIII make it look like my GT and swap the 3sgte into it but then I was kinda thinking I could get a supra and swap the 3s into that so it would be like the topsecret supra, eh maybe in a few more years I'll have a plan for it.
I would go RHD to make it more authentic but its up to you what look your going for, and I say pant it that black is not really a good finsih, pretty flat This post has been edited by creis: Mar 21, 2008 - 8:53 AM -------------------- |

i think you should make it lhd and make it look like your car
then someday... you can have your actual car look like the lil model, and go places like mets with the model of YOUR CAR chillin on the hood or something corny but would be cool! if not, make it RHD and make it guards red (im pretty sure thats the red color testors commonly supports, its porsche red) thats my opinion =) -------------------- you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!

lol, well the trouble is finding some paint that actually matches my car and will put a nice finish. I'm thinking I might go with a dark blue like presure's car because I think thats the color I want eventually.
And how can yall let it sit for years? I got mine and instantly bought the stuff to start. I now have the exhaust, drive shaft, engine, and rear axle together. -------------------- |

I did one for a friend
no where near perfect and took FOREVER. Also I snapped an axle and had to super glue it back on. There is a pic of it floating around in the post a pic of your car thread. -------------------- Buy my Celica $2,500 - http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=76562&st=0
