I had this a/c problem, when I turn on the a/c while just started the car, it works fine, blows cold air but then when i drive the car until it warms up, the a/c button flashes. Could i be low in refrigerant or is it my compressor?

Flashing means the compressor isn't running, so it's not going to blow cold air.
It might blow cold for a minute or two because the evaporator is still cold, but if the AC light is flashing the AC isn't working.

The light flashes when the AC amp [ECU] sees a difference in speed between the compressor and engine RPM [if it sees this it will turn the compressor off].
Most likely a bad compressor [RPM sensor on compressor or compressor itself], though check the belt first.

This seems to be common in Toyotas. Usually happens all the time when it is raining. This is no big deal don't worry about it. When the sun is out, it does not happen. Sometimes if it starts flashing you can press the AC button off and back on again it might stay on, if it doesn't, and no cold air is blowing, then yes your compressor, condensor, not too sure is not running well because of the weather.
