Does anyone use the site/program MP3 Suite for downloading music and such? It's supposed to be one of the best multimedia programs for online that's still legal, but even after signing up and paying $32 for 2-years unlimited use, it's still not even letting me download or even listen to music. Anyone have experience w/ this program/site?

ive got some good resources for ya.
the easiest is for songs that are older. for the new stuff, im not gonna post on here. go to google and search for: intitle:"index.of" (mp3|ogg|wma|mp4) SONGINFO -html -htm -asp -jsp -php replace SONGINFO with the songs info... like 'achey breaky heart' or whatever you want -------------------- you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!

^^hmm..that's interesting.
Thankfully, it looks like I will be getting my money back from MP3 Suite. Then I guess I'll just have to find something I KNOW is more legit than that site (probably Best Buy music store b/c music from Itunes doesn't work on my Sony MP3 player) -------------------- |

i can send you an audio converter. when it converts to a diff format (or the same, just re-encoded) it strips the copy write info off that some mp3 players block.
that way you can still use itunes if you wish i also have a pretty extensive music collection so im sure i could upload a few to ya -------------------- you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!

Ive never heard of MP3 Suite. Hopefully you didn't send your money to some scam site.
If you want good places to BUY legal mp3s, then I would recommend Itunes or Amazon.com. All the stuff on amazon is drm free and normally a little cheaper then itunes. seems you did get scammed... "MP3 Suite is the only Content Managed file sharing network. MP3 Suite connects you to the worlds largest file sharing network but does Not permit the download of any copyrighted material." So basically, they take your money and then point you to all the normal illegal sharing sites that a free anyway. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

Another really cheap way to buy music is to actually buy USED cds from amazon.
If you search for a new cd, they normally have a button under it that tells you that you can buy the same cd used from there. I've gotten quite a few cds from them for around 3-5bucks shipped. Yeah they go through a site (like paypal) called clickbank, and that's who I contacted after not recieving a reply to an email I sent MP3 Suite customer service. But I got an email today from clickbank saying the money was being refunded, so it looks alright so far. Normally I just buy a single song from one specific album, so that's why I stopped buying cds from the store.
