I have a 94 ST and this may be a lame question but I see turbo kits made for 00-03 Celicas, those wont work on my 94? How about superchargers? Do they have to be a certain kind?

Any super charger will work with a custom made intake manifold for the super charger and the bracket for it. With a procharger you will just need a bracket made. And obviously fuel management is key. No you can not use the 7th gen turbo kits. I mean you can use the turbo and intercooler and all that good stuff, but the manifold will obviously not mate your head.

94 Celica st black DD (bad weather beater)- totaled deer
95 Celica gt silver- chassis sold
88 Celica All-Trac (Burned to a crisp)
94 Celica gt white (sold)

In need of a rust free chassis!!!!

Thanks for the info. So can I use a 7th gen turbo kit with a different manifold to fit my engine?

See if you buy the kit, the intercooler piping isn't going to work the way you want it. Their kit is made for P&P basically. Even the 2zz and 1zz heads are different. So the turbo manfiolds arent exhangable. If you get the kit, the fuel managemnt might be different for you. Trust me, you will save much more by just piecing your kit together yoruself.

NO.
00-03 have a totally different engine and their kits will not work for 94-99 celicas.

The "kit" itself won't work. But parts from it will.

There's no sense in buying a kit made for another car if your just going to butcher it.

Thats what we are trying to get to. Its a waste of time and money to get a kit made for another car.
