I remember about 3years ago those things were all over the tuner scene here - now you might see 2-3 at a big meet. I predicted they would be as crappy made as the rest of their misbegotten brethren. Stock quick for the no-brainer crowd tho. Plenty of aftermarket support too.
In the end there is no substitute for Toyota Quality and 3S power IMO. -------------------- ENGINE: '93 RC 3S-GTE/WRC CT-20b [18-20PSI] PERF: TRD/HKS/ARP/NGK/MSD/ACT/Blitz/STRI/APEX'i/TwosRus/GReddy/Magnaflo/KOYO SUSP: Tein/Bilstein/SusTech/ INT: SS-III SEATS/Toyota Hyper Sports EXT: WRC/TRD/404 Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them. i remember when they first introduced the SRT4 neon people were buyin em and thinking they were the shi+. this guy at my college campus used to harass me when i rode around in my supra and would keep revving behind me or next to me every time we saw each other.
QUOTE(Culpable04 @ Apr 4, 2008 - 11:30 AM) it may be fast but is still a neon ^thats what i tell every1 who thinks they are cool.^ and this is what i think of whenever i see one: the new models look nice, but people tend to be a-holes when driving em :\ -------------------- Pandelica 2.0 in progress. |
