I purchased a 1997 Toyota Celica ST Limited Edition and my question is .. how do i get the trunk to stay when i lift it up? its a liftback by the way. Thank you.

lol my coupe trunk wont even pop open when i use the latchg with or without the wing on it it sucks lol i need to shocks for it but thats last on my list of things lol and i doubt the new ones still wont open the trd wing i have to go on it

see, mine's the complete opposite, I can't use the key, only the trunk popper.. I agree, for the hatchbacks, get new trunk shocks!

Mine, i have to open the trunk each time by opening my driverside door and manually opening it with the latch-pull-thingy.
Apparently when i got my alarm installed, the guy said i have auto-trunk too...tried it...dont work, gotta bring it back to see what's up, but when i try to open the trunk with my key, the key doesn't even budge...blagh! oh well.
But my trunk has no problem opening with my trd wing.

i figured the new shocks wouldnt do squat i just use my key and pull up on the trunk and if my hands are full my elbow works great also hahah

nope, spoilerless. I think it's the key hole cause I can put the key in but it won't turn. It used to work when I bought it 1.5 years ago.

Dude, where'd you get your TRD wing? Dang you beat me to it, now our cars would look the same from behind if I get the TRD wing... hmmm what other options do I have? GT-4 block or euro block?
