Do you have to remove the hood stick when you install a cooling plate, because after I install a cooling plate, I cannot secure the hood stick nor close the hood. Do i have to put the hood stick in the trunk or something?

it will fit, but u just wedge it in. You wont put the prop into the little clip where it usually fits into. If i didnt have my plate out right now, i would take a pic.

I could not find a way to wedge or position it a certain to get it closed. Thats why I've been thinking of putting it in the back.

^^x2! I painted my plate and the hood stick kept scratching it, so I stuffed it in the trunk.

My hood won't close with it in there. I've had to take it out. This cooling plate has been a big disappointment.

Oh? The hood stick should sit perfectly on top of the cooling plate, and shouldn't have any problem closing the hood.....
