I have seen this celi many times before but i just noticed yesterday that it was a gt-s, so i kinda had to figure that whoever has a gt-s in the states either loves celi's or just got lucky, lol

You do realize that US only has GT..only Canadians have GT-S so...he either bought a badge (if he has US plates) or he (makes no sense whatsoever) imported it from Canada.
