Looks like a 96'+ bumper that's had a front lip molded and they customized the grill.

that is freakin awesome... I always wanted my front end to look like that except that it has a bigger opening which I don't like much. Anybody knows where to get this?

Doesn't the mouth look bigger than a facelift, I think it is a facelift and modded and then front extensions of some sort.

looks like euro front extensions (or some other extensions), custom canards, and a facelift bumper all molded together
