easiest to get a new caliper

there are some places in the states that will rebuild them for you, but a new caliper shouldn't be more than $100usd

Ouch.
Parts are going to be expensive for you.

You can buy a rebuild kit, but first you need to find out if it's actually rebuild able.
Depending how bad and where it's seized you might be better off just replacing them.

Or if you don't mind aftermarket, there's caliper rebuild kits available from just about every auto parts store.

Basically comes down to your ability to remove the seized parts. I had to use a punch and hammer to remove seized bushings in my calipers, but it was otherwise a fairly easy rebuild. On the other hand, you could have one seized so badly it'd take a machine press to separate the parts. At that point, it's just a core to exchange for a remanufactured caliper (which is basically a caliper rebuilt by professionals).

www.1sttoyotaparts.com if you want genuine Toyota parts. You could even get the rebuild from them if desired -- what isn't listed on the website is available by calling them, just mention you're an internet order so you don't get charged as if you were a walk-in customer, as it is an actual dealership.

Stripped it down last night and had a look, one of the pistons was pretty much jammed solid. Got them out and cleaned everything up. Seems to be good enough anyway. Cheap and cheerful fix smile.gif

If you took 2 seconds to look at their location, it's Ireland.
Everything's [relatively] expensive because it has to be shipped there, and it's not a large market......
