well i work at radioshack and were starting a huge clearance event tomarrow and if anyone is shopping for a nice 32 inch lcd tv and doesnt want to spend to much u can pick up an akai 32inch lcd for $404 plus tax i picked one up last night the last one my store had and wow im amazed

I got my Phillips 32" HD LCD for right about the same amount (last one in store) smile.gif.

its actually really good quality it replaced our rca line its just been discontinued to move it out so we can bring in more tvs

hmm... 1000:1 contrast ratio..... only supports up to 1080i... only 1 hdmi port.. i think it'll be a better monitor and a TV.

its actually not to bad and i has 2 hdmi ports biggrin.gif but for a beginer lcd its not to bad and its being used as a monitor for the most part anyways lol. hooked the g/fs mini comp up to it with wireless keyboard andmouse so i could get rid of her big tower and her crt made alot of room in my bedroom so i cant complain

I was hoping to find a 1080p, but apparently 32" only comes w/ 720p..at least that's all I could find. Still, picture looks really good.

the only 32's i know of off hand that r 1080p are sonys but im enjoying my offbrand tv picture is great

Most brands are coming out with 1080p 32" this year.
