has anyone used it or have any pictures or manifolds made with this kit?
I decided to go ahead and keep my car(i had a feeler FS) and I plan to make my own manifold I have seen the stage 1.1 kits although I think that the 1.4 kit would work a little better just I have not seen any built with this kit.

If I were you I'd go with the stage 1 kit, because it comes with the radius plate. The radius plate will help you a lot when it comes to fabbing up the turbo manifold.

I was wanting more of a 4 to1 instead of the log style though and IF I really needed the part I could buy it separetly off of thier website.

I just don't really see how to make a 4to1 type manifold with only the supplied 8-90* and 1-straight pipe so are there any pictures of manifolds using this kit I have e-mailed them and they do not have any.

And, also would I just have to fab up a collector or is there some place I could buy one?

Are you wanting the 4 to 1 because of style or because you are shooting for huge horsepower? The log style will be more than enough for daily use. Now if you are looking to make like 500HP then I would see why you would want the 4-1 manifold. Let me look to see if there are any collectors out there you can fab up. You should check out http://www.mcmaster.com/ for the weld els. 90 degree weld els would be perfect for you to fab up a nice 4-1 manifold.
