iv already checked this out but now i need to know i think i got a bad cable how hard is it to pull it through so i can look at it step by step what do i need to do iv never messed with cable shifters b4...and how hard would it be to put it back -------------------- feedback feedback If I buy or sale please leave me feedback...thanks cheap, quick, reliable, pick two I treat my 6gc better then my own woman |

its not fun to pull, i did it and its easiest to let a pro do it. its simple to see how to, just a b*7ch to get out.

its really not that hard. take out your center console. theres a cotter pin on the left cable. the right one goes under the shifter where the arm connects. has a c clip. there is a bracket by the rear crossmember. 10mm bolt. the bitch is gettin those brass clips off from the transmission. i'd suggest taking the intake manifold off. and it still a bitch to get to.there is also a bracket above the heat shield directly under the shifter.2 10mm bolts. really not that hard. just make sure you get it all back in the way it came out. or it will never shift right again.
