sorry to say, but it may not last much longer
CVs are fine? are motor mounts fine?
does it get louder w/ higher RPMs?

so i pulled my 7A today to find 1.5 inch hole and one 3 inch hole in the block.

what should make you all proud is that i drove it up to the area where i pulled the engine from biggrin.gif

no pics sadly. lost my digi cam frown.gif

hahah so now maybe i can go 135 in that car smile.gif

autos are slow. haha im still so surprised it stareted and drove like that.
also, theres no picture, but i found the bottom half of the rod wedged between the piston & crank in a way that it would have bounced around.

another really sad thing is that it threw the rod at only 2500 RPM frown.gif
i will swap, just not this car smile.gif 7A is perfect for everyday use.
i think the black celica will get the 3vz V6? possibly turbo later on smile.gif
when i do swap, im going straight to megasquirt. smile.gif

BTW i LOVE how this whole car can be taken apart with
10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 19mm(F&R mounts, crank pulley) , 22mm(lugs), 30mm(cv) sockets
10, 12, & 14mm wrenches
3, 6, & 9 inch extensions
8inch breaker bar
31 inch breaker bar/impact(cvs...)
flathead & phillips screwdrivers
impact NOT really needed, though helps a lot with those CVs
