Update: added pics.

It's with a heavy heart that I create this thread, but it's also time to move on. I'm putting the car up for sale. I have lost interest in the car, and I must focus on other priorities.

I've had the car since 2001, and it's undergone a complete overhaul. The list of mods is extensive, but there is plenty to still do to someone looking for a good foundation for a powerful car. However, as with any car modified to this extent, it is not perfect. Currently the front sway bar is not attached due to a broken bolt. This would be roughly a $200 fix if you didn't want to drop the front end down.

The left drivers side wheel makes noise turning right, probably bearing.

The motor has ~65,000 miles on it, and the transmission probably ~55,000. The chassis has 200k+, and it's in great shape. It's been garaged it's entire life with me.

The price is $8,000. Any form of communication (PM/AIM/Email) is acceptable.

I'm not interested in parting out the car, don't ask.

Damn it - where was this 4 months ago? I'd have paid it immediately and not gotten a halfswapped car to work out 4yo bugs from. Oh well - wouldn't feel like it was my car any other way I guess.
Damn super - you sure you wanna go through with this? You know everyone who does regrets it and at least comes back to lament every once in a while. Why not just garage it and drive it on special occassions?
Good luck with the sale and your next masterpiece tho anyway.
To prospective buyers - this is one of the top 5 best swapped 6gc's in the world. 9.5K is a steal for this car. Def buy with confidence. wink.gif

Thanks.

The car is already garaged, and driven rarely. I will most likely be selling my other car at the end of the summer as well, and picking up a 350Z.

I would really like it to go to someone on here, an enthusiast that I know will take care of it.

Good luck bro. I think the price is totally fair for a clean car like this. I hope it gets a good home.

I dont want to clutter the thread with this but I think you should know.....
That you will probably never like any car better than your Celi....
No matter what car i ever drove it never compared to my celi even if the new one happened to be faster or newer. Looking back, I wish I had just returned my TT and kept the celica, I miss it everyday and you will too after you sell it...Goodluck, if I had a 350z id trade you smile.gif

if the car has grown old on you i understand you selling. a few of my old cars did the same and to be honest i dont regret selling them.

you will find another car thats makes you even more happy and for that its worth it.

good luck with the sale, and i may have to see about picking this up from you...

Wow, this thread is kinda depressing. Reading it makes it seem like someone died or got dumped. laugh.gif It's cool though, I understand. But good luck on selling.

Good luck with the sale. I like the 350z's too. Good bang for the buck. However, with the Kraftworks Supercharger out for the S2000 now, I am looking at those too.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Wonder how it is with the charger. I drove a stock one and i found it to be REALLY slow. Almost zero low end torque, but other then that, a nice little car.

A little off topic, but a free bump!

Still have it - I expect to have it for awhile as this isn't an easy sell & things aren't great for the selling market.
