So my car has had starting problems recently. I turn the key and it clicks once...that's it. The engine doesn't crank or anything. After I try a few more times, the car starts up perfectly fine.
I'm not really sure what the problem is. Is it the starter? Or could it be something else.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas or the same problem and how you fixed it.

Thanks alot,
Brandon

Alright. Thanks guys.
Now is this a "not too hard" diy project?? Or should I just bring it somewhere and have it done?

well obviously u need to buy a new starter, then u disconnect neg bat cable, then u get under ur car and take the 2 wires off,one is a 12mm bolt and the other pops off, then there are to bolts that are a pita to get off,u take out the air box and pull out the starter and then put the new one in..

X2

It isnt as easy as you think. Its not impossible, but not easy, even if you have done it before. Now the 5s start, that one is easy, its right up front, but the 7as is behind the intake, making it a lot harder.
